Shiseido Eyelash Curler Review

My thoughts:

BEFORE I START the REVIEW: Ive always wanted to try the Shu Uemura eyelash curler, however you can't get Shu Uemura products in the US anymore. Luckily, they have an English based US website so that people in US can still purchase Shu Uemura products.

I hesitate to order Shu Uemura products online because I don't want to pay expensive shipping. Really the only thing I need or want is the Eye Lash Curler. I didn't want to spend $50 on things that I don't want/need just to qualify for free shipping.  (always a dilemma I face when it comes to online shopping) 

There fore, I've decided NOT to purchase anything at all on Shu Uemura's website. Instead, I'm going to try Shiseido's Eyelash curler, which I have easy access to. 

Shiseido Curler Review:

First of all, I thought this curler has aluminum color  instead of that black/grayish color. Weird color really. That's the first disappointment. 

The rest?

Well, it doesn't curl my lashes. Yes, it doesn't. I don't have short lashes, so I didn't expect this to happen to me. I heard a lot of hypes on youtube and in the beauty community that this eyelash curler is very good. In my opinion?  NOT. 

For those of you that love this eyelash curler, I'm happy for you. As for me, I am going back to use my $1 eyelash curler that I got from China. It does wonders to my lashes. 

Shiseido is going back to Sephora.

Revlon Age Defying DNA Foundation Review/ Swatches

Review:  

This is another of one those foundations that people rave about on youtube. I HATE this product. Not for me. Hard to blend and it flakes. I don't have dry skin, I have very oily skin, and this foundation flakes on me. In addition, this doesn't have good coverage. It will emphasize any imperfections on your face- fine lines etc. 

It's hard for me to write a review for this product because I don't see any good out of it. It's a horrible product.

If unfortunately you picked up this product and saw this review, I would say give it a try. I suggest you use a face primer to make the application process a little bit easier. You might not want to set the foundation with a powder because it will just cake up your face like crazy. 

Current Obsessions -- LANCOME!

I was not initially a fan of Lancome cosmetics. However, over the years I have become more and more interested in their products. One thing I love about Lancome the brand is they continue to innovate new products. 

Lancome is a luxurious cosmetics brand, it's not your everyday drugstore makeup that everyone could afford to have. For example, one of my favorite Lancome product is their mascaras. But they are expensive! 

I honestly feel lancome definicils-- $26 for one mascara is a lot of money because mascara is something you need to toss out every 3 months. Seriously though, this is the best mascara for your top and bottom lashes! I have tested this! My lower lashes look horrible with any mascara except this one, it's pretty amazing. This mascara is my favorite, however I do need to find an alternative for this due to its price tag :(
