Lancome spring 2012 collection
Yesterday, I was bored and somehow ended up on Lancome's website to look up a perfume, and I saw this picture!
Now, how beautiful is this?I mean the promotion picture above is absolutely flawless!
I love the pink roses, everything screams spring!

Let's talk about lips-- lip balms, lip sticks and how to make your lips stay moisturized
My lips are pretty okay in general, but sometimes they can be very dry. Especially after wearing lip colors. I am on the hunt to find a perfect product that will be gentle on my lips. I prefer lipstick over lipgloss, mainly because I can't stand the stickiness that lipgloss gives me. However wearing only lipstick can be very drying on my lips.
Lip Balms:
WHAT DO I LOOK IN A LIP BALM: I want a lip balm that will make my lips moisturize so that I don't have to reapply it through out the day.
Fact#: I have tried so many lip balms, and my all time favorite is Carmex. (pic below) I adore the original version over the one with cherry flavor. I seriously love Carmex Jar, but it's not all that travel friendly- what I mean by that is, I never want to apply it if I haven't washed my hands. That's why I never use it during the day. I usually just use it before I go to bed, and the next day my lips feel so good!
Carmex moisture plus is fantastic! I have personally tried the clear version and I LOVE it! I would want to try the tinted one, I believe it would make a great alternative as a lipstick!
another favorite of mine is a brand called: Lypsyl.
This stuff works!!!!!!!! I love it so much. I only apply it one time and it's good for the whole day, like seriously!
What I love about this product-- it doesn't feel like lip balm like the carmex one, you know what I mean. One of my friend tried this and told me : this is best lip product he ever tried-- it's the feel when you apply this on your lips-- words just can't describe.

LIPSTICKS:
I always wanted a YSL lipstick. I want the color rose Paris -it's such a magical color !!!!!
I think I'll purchase this soon. We'll see.
I have tried this lipstick at sephora and what I like about this lipstick is that it stays on through out day, even after eating, drinking and washing my face. It doesn't dry out my lips, the product itself is very creamy.
