Current wish list June 2013

Yes it is a lot ! 

However, I don't need every single one of these beauty products, i just love looking at them. obviously i am going to purchase every single of these products. if one day i won the lottery, then yea, i probably will buy them all :) 

Actually I don't own a lot of beauty products. I have some eye shadows, however I only have one blush, one bronzer and one highlighter in my collection.i also have some lip products, ranging from drugstore to high end. 

Some of these I would wait until the sephora sale they usually have at year end. 

From this list, I can tell my favorite beauty brands are : (in no particular order )

1) Dior

2)Nars

3)Lancôme 

4)YSL

And more ...

There are some brands of makeup I never liked, such as Urban Decay or Makeup forever. I don't really know why. I used to like Benefits a lot, however I was disappointed in many of their products, and I believe they overprice their products.

June 15 2013, Current Loves: Nars Blush Lancome  Eyeshadow Quad, Cargo Bronzer!

If you don't know about my obsession of beauty products , then now you know.
I love researching , reading and looking at various beauty products, and of course, I love buying beauty products.
While some girls spend all their paycheck on shoes and clothes, I do the same but spend on beauty products.

When I was a bit younger, I was obsessed with different kind of lipsticks. I've never been a fan of lip glosses though. I would treat myself with a nice lipstick if I feel like I've deserved it. Now things have changed. I used to wear bright reds and bright orange lipsticks all the time. Today, I wear minimal lip color due to the nature of my profession. I used to reapply my lipstick a million times through out my day at school, it is just not practice for me to pull out my lipstick and reapply it so many times through out the day at work.

I realized now I prefer certain beauty products that will accommodate my current lifestyle. For instance, I would prefer to use a lip stain instead of a lipstick. Lip stains stain your lips with a nice color and as it fades away, it leaves a beautiful hint of color ( of course, it has to be a good lip stain! I recommend the YSL one .
If you are on a budget, then I recommend the Revlon ones.   I LOVED color Romantic, a red color from this line. It was non-drying with a peppermint scent, it was great! HOWEVER, then I tried another color called Honey from this line. Although I love the color of honey ( it is perfect for a your lips but better color), it was very drying for some reason. I have to constantly put on lip balms on my lips. Other than that, I love the lip stains from this line.

A second change is now I prefer cream eyeshadow products. Since I have little time in the morning to get ready, I usually prefer a cream eyeshadow base. Sometimes when I'm in a rush I can walk out the door with just the cream eyeshadow. Other times, when I have a little more time to get ready, I can put on whatever eyeshadow, the cream base will make your eyeshadow color pop!
