Hi guys! Today I want to talk about Elf brushes. When I first started wearing makeup, I didn't use any makeup brushes; simply because I can't afford them. A basic eyeshadow brush by MAC is $20 something dollars. Really back then, Sigma brushes sucked, even though they were cheaper.

Then, one day I discovered ELF.http://www.eyeslipsface.com/ that is. From their original line, all their brushes are $1 each. At first I was being skeptical because what do you expect from a dollar product? Who knows sometimes dollar products are quite good. 

After watching a million of elf haul/reviews on youtube, I decided to try them out. I was lucky since I got $2 shipping for purchase over $10. 

When I first got my elf stuff I was in bed sick. I couldn't get up and try them out, that feeling broke my heart. When I was well enough to get up and walk, I wasn't in the mood of putting on makeup. Do you know that feeling you lose all hopes in your life, you are so devastated you just don't care what you look like anymore? Then, that's how I felt.

After a month of recovery, it was time for my birthday. I went out and eat with family and finally got my hands on those elf brushes. They were amazing!!! 

I have total four brushes from elf and all of them are like from heaven!

I purchased their eyeshadow brush, concealer brush, powder brush and a eyebrow wand. At first my favorite was the eyebrow wand. I wasn't really loving my eyeshadow brush. Now, I love it. After each wash, the fur of the brush just becomes softer and softer. 

Over all, I would rate elf brushes 4.5 stars out of 5 stars. You can always catch free shipping or 50-75% off elf brushes on their website(some target sell them too). So, if you are like me, don't feel like spending a fortune on makeup brushes, PLEASE give ELF a try. Don't let the "made in china" scare YOU.

Lady Gaga

Hi Guys! This is my first blog post, and it is going to be about LADY GAGA. 

When lady gaga first came out with "Poker Face", I really liked her. I liked her style, her music, her hair, everything. Then, she started doing some crazy stuff in her music videos, wore her meat dress to the MTV awards really didn't impress me much. 

Then I heard her new song "You and I " on Today's show. Isn't it funny that she could look so ugly and then the next time you see her she's all pretty? Well, on that Today's show, her makeup was amazing. I like her voice. She was engaging. I like how she has the talent. She dares to do what she dreams. 

Overall, I loved her performance. She is a star. 

Sometimes I wish she could wear Balenciaga dress and Christian Louboutin shoes to the Grammys. For as right now, I don't think that'll happen any time soon. Lady gaga isn't going to change just because it is the "rule". There is no rule, because she sets the rules. 

Recently, to more precise, today, Mac released Lady Gaga lipstick and lip gloss #2 for the Viva glam collection. Basically Mac donates all the money earned from this collection to clarity. Here are some pictures of the lipstick and lip gloss.

Unfortunately, I don't own the first set of her lip product. The main reason was, I had just purchased a baby pink lipstick just like hers. And the color looked dead on me. So, I wasn't in the mood of purchasing another lipstick or lip gloss of that color.

Now, the new lipstick and lip gloss look really  appealing, because I really like nude colors. I will make my trip to the mall very soon and to try out those in person to see if I really want them. 

Also, today I went to a bookstore and as usual stopped at the magazines section. And there she is, Lady gaga on Vogue march 2011. 

See this is what I don't like. Sorry dear gaga but minimum makeup does not work for you. Do you guys remember her vanity fair cover? It was so beautiful. Here's a picture. 

Now this, she looked freaking amazing. Why can't she do more covers like THIS???
